JOE LOMBARDO

OWNER AND PRESIDENT

President of Xtreme Network Security, LLC founded the company in 2012. Joe has been in the low voltage/security business since high school when he worked summer jobs to learn the trade in his hometown of Wimberley, Texas. Joe enjoys the challenges that come with owning a business and managing employees as well as working one on one with all our clients. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two kids, Addison and JR, as well as his wife, Paige. Joe is a huge Houston sports fan and enjoys spending time in the outdoors, Hunting and Fishing. Joe regularly volunteers in his community coaching youth sports.

MICHAEL UNGER

VICE PRESIDENT

Unger started as a technician at Xtreme Network Security six years ago and has worked his way up Vice President of the company. A Navy Veteran, Mike has worked in the alarm industry since 1998 filling such roles as Fire Alarm tech, Burglar Alarm technician, Burglar Alarm Sales Associate, Structured Cabling Project Manager, Access Control Technician, Project Manager and Salesman. He enjoys problem solving and troubleshooting. Mike has been married to his beautiful wife for fourteen years and has two sons who fill his life with joy and laughter. “I am a patriot that loves this country. I am living the American dream.”

DAWN ESCALERA

OFFICE MANAGER

Escalera, Office Manager of Xtreme Network Security, LLC and has been with Xtreme since 2015. She graduated with her master’s degree in accounting in the summer of 2015 and has been working in the accounting industry since 2009. Dawn finds it rewarding working in the low voltage/security industry as well as working closely with all the employees at Xtreme. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her adorable little dog named Sox. She also enjoys going to movies, watching sports and traveling.

TINA RAMON

OFFICE ASSISTANT

Tina Ramon is Xtreme’s Office Assistant, Inventory Manager, and Social Media Coordinator. Tina manages several office projects, performs office duties and keeps our customers updated through our social media pages. She is organized, positive and goal oriented. Outside of work Tina enjoys watching films, going to concerts, planning events and exploring Austin.

BRANDON UNGER

NATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Brandon Unger started as a cabling technician with Xtreme five years ago and is now National Accounts Manager. Brandon prides himself on learning and excelling at multiple aspects of our trade and industry and keeping abreast of new systems and services. Brandon is always ready for a challenge and is excited to see the company grow. When he is not working, Brandon is a husband, as well as a father to three beautiful girls ages 11, 8, and 7. He and his family love adventuring the outdoors and doing crafts. His personal hobbies include networking, pop culture, guitar, and coaching his kid’s sports teams.

SERGIO PEREZ

NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PROJECT MANAGER

Sergio Perez is a National Account Project Manager for Xtreme. Sergio contributes eight years of cabling infrastructure and networking experience to our team. Born in Los Angeles, Sergio moved to Austin, TX at the age of 5 and was raised here. He enjoys spending time with his two older brothers and his sister as well as his lovely wife, whom he married in 2014. Outside of work, Sergio loves traveling and exploring new places and playing all sports, especially soccer which he has played his whole life. Sergio lives by the saying “Every day is a new learning experience.”

ANTONIO DURAN

LEAD ACCESS CONTROL & CABLING TECHNICIAN

Antonio Duran is a Lead Technician with Xtreme and started in January 2018. Tony is grateful to be working for such a driven and innovative company and believes his time with Xtreme has been a new learning experience that has urged him to expand his knowledge in all areas of Networking. Tony was born and raised in Los Angeles for 17 years before moving to Austin, TX in 2007. He has been married for two years and has a beautiful family. In his down time, he enjoys going to the park with his family, catching a good movie, and enjoying some great food.

JOSE FLORES

ACCESS CONTROL & CABLING TECHNICIAN

Jose Flores is a Cabling and Security technician and brings eight years of prior network cabling experience to his position at Xtreme. Jose is hardworking, committed and is a team-player. He is thorough in everything he does and always aims to give 100% to his work. In his free time Jose enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and working around the house.

Founded in 2012 by Joe Lombardo, Xtreme Network Security has grown from 2 technicians to 20 employees.  Xtreme is a preferred vendor for Fortune 500 companies to small business.  We pride ourselves on a simplified process of design, pricing, and installation which enables our clients to save money while receiving the highest quality of service.

We strive to use top manufactures for all your integrations needs.  Xtreme is a certified dealer for multiple manufacturers and specializes in the design, build and service of network and cabling infrastructure, Access Control Systems, CCTV as well as all low voltage electronics. XNSe is an Enterprise integrator for Belden, Exacqvision VMS, APC power systems and many other manufacturers.

Clients can call me 24/7, I answer my phone and emails in an expedient fashion. I call my clients back and if I tell you I or my techs will be there at a specific time you can bank on it that I will be there. If you are interested in granting us an opportunity I will give a 10% discount off of your first service call just as a thank you.

WHAT SETS UP APART

We use a copper certification device called a Fluke DSX8000. This device enables us to certify the cable we install to Manufacturer standards which we then register. You could then receive anywhere from a 15-30 year warranty on the cable (not labor).

We like to work off of a price list for data drops. This price list can be presented to the facility for approval before we start any work. We want to land at a price that both of us are happy with. For larger projects, we prefer to quote. We never want our clients to be put into a position of being surprised when they receive an invoice or to have to question an invoice.

Our employees attend training of all kinds over the course of a year. Continuing education is crucial not only for employee development but to ensure our clients receive the highest quality product and service as possible.

Some of the training that technicians attend are; proper techniques to apply fire caulk and what type depending on the situation, fiber termination, testing as well as troubleshooting, manufacturer certifications, and safety seminars. We also encourage our techs to complete 1 class a year that they are interested in.

When you request a walk thru you will get me or my Vice President Mike. After the walk thru and the job is approved and ready to go my techs will never arrive on site and call you for instructions. We will be there to show the techs the job and to answer any questions that are needed. There is no burn time, no standing around waiting on someone or something that is within our control. Our job is to complete a project on time and under budget in order to make your life easier.
